Worst customer service experience of my life.
I had an appointment for an “Express Oil Change” and was forced to wait over three hours. My vehicle was left sitting on a lift with the oil drained while I was repeatedly given excuses about why the service was taking so long, including an explanation involving a last-minute orientation that had apparently put the department behind.

Ever since I’ve bought my 1500 bighorn ram truck from Performance Chrysler all my service that’s been done and visits to the dealership have been actually pleasant. Jake and the Service Dept. has been a great help with everything. Today, for example when they serviced my truck, there was a recall on your seatbelt in the backseat and he just went ahead and fixed it. I will always recommend you guys to anybody else looking for a vehicle.
They did a great job handled the process fast an professionally, made the process smooth an easy for me. Thanks again will be back for future services.

Very disappointing appointment today. Oil change scheduled for 10:45, arrived at 10:30, finally left 12:33. Others arrived after me for oil change and were gone long before me. Explanation: “lot of trucks came in and they needed racks to change their oil”. Was also told they were “overbooked.” Why? We were offered the appointment last Friday. Was also told they go to lunch 12-1. My time is valuable and I was very disappointed. You certainly don’t offer cheap oil changes!
